North Wilkes High School's Teaching as a Profession Honors students toured Central Services on September 24, 2024, to learn more about the inner workings of a school system. They also met with Superintendent Mark Byrd to share their goals and ideas with him! The district office was excited to host and encourage this enthusiastic group of future educators!

Congratulations to Logan Call from North Wilkes High School and Justin Call from East Wilkes High School! During the recent meeting of the Regional North Carolina High School Athletic Association, they were both presented with the Region 7 Special Person Award! This award is given to individuals who have supported NCHSAA and its mission to serve member schools and student-athletes! Way to go!
