"Honoring Our Past, Encouraging Our Future” is a new initiative at North Wilkes High School in which we connect our past to our present. The initiative will include sharing stories of our alumni with our current students to encourage and inspire them to strive to be the best of themselves and make a difference along the way. We recognize the importance of reflecting on our strong past and believe our students today will be the better because of the foundation that was set before them.
Each week we plan to share an alumni’s story on our scrolling and morning announcements
and through our school’s website and social media pages.
