Guest Speakers
Noted author, playwright, screenwriter and former WBTV news anchor Bob Inman spoke to the Advanced Placement American History class recently. Mr. Inman spoke about his experiences covering the news, the importance of a free press, and key historical events in American history he covered. Additionally, he spoke about the Battle of Kings Mountain and how he wrote his new play Liberty Mountain. As an accomplished author and screenwriter, Mr. Inman shared the writing process and screenwriting for Hollywood. He answered many questions from the students. We very appreciate Mr. Inman taking his time to come to North and share his experiences.
