Good Afternoon Vikings,

I know we all are working every day to adapt to changes and figure out what to do during this uncertain time.   I plan to resume Sunday messages this Sunday, March 29th, as one attempt to establish some normalcy and routine. I will reshare some of today's message on Sunday but hope to help everyone prepare for the upcoming week by letting you know what to expect.

We are sharing a schedule that we hope will help you and your Viking establish a good school routine while your Viking is stuck at home.  Teachers will follow this schedule daily.  You may view this schedule through your email, or by visiting our website or social media accounts.  If a student cannot interact with their teacher or student group during the designated times, all daily lessons will be available on Canvas, through other digital platforms, or by paper/pencil assignments.  Parents will need to pick-up paper/pencil assignments in the front lobby outside the main office.  Detailed directions for paper/pencil drop-off and pick-up are attached to your email message.   If you are unable to come to school to pick-up your Vikings weekly assignments, please call 336-903-4040.  We will make every effort to get this to you.  Teachers have attempted to make contact with all of their students.  If you or your student have not been contacted, please let us know.      

Daily Schedule

• 7:30 - 9:00 Teachers will be available for parent or student communication.
• 9:00 - 10:00 1st period
• 10:00 - 10:10 Break
• 10:10 - 11:10 2nd Period
• 11:10 - 11:20 Break
• 11:20 - 12:20 3rd period
• 12:20 - 1:00 Lunch
• 1:00 - 2:00 4th period
• 2:00 - 3:30 - Teachers will be available for parent or student communication. Please allow a teacher 24 hours to respond to any communication.
